- Substantial reductions in paid service may result in a pro-rata refund where required by local law.

- We may add, change, or discontinue features — including free features — at any time, providing 30 days’ advance notice for significant changes that impact users materially.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- You agree that these Terms will be governed by the laws of Romania, except where consumer protection or other mandatory laws require otherwise.
- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Judecatoria Rosiori de Vede, Teleorman, Romania unless local law provides otherwise.
15. International Users
- You are responsible for compliance with all local laws where the Service is accessible, including import/export control, tax, and consumer protection regulations.
- If certain local or international regulations grant you mandatory rights, these Terms do not limit those rights.
